The kids programs are competitive, but in a fun way that keeps kids engaged while the gym is always clean and available in the mornings for a good workout before I head to the office!

Covington YMCA has the most incredible staff ever! They are knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. I've been a member for over 20 years and I'm constantly amazed at all they do. The classes are great and the machines are clean and easy to adjust, which is a big benefit when you're only five feet tall!

Very family friendly. Whenever I arrive to workout at the gym, employees greet me and most remember who I am. My girls love the summer camp and are looking forward to returning to camp this year.
