There are a variety of classes for seniors. I wish there were more or the same ones offered at different times.

The pool is large and a lane is almost always available to do laps.
Love the fact that you have opened up studio three for free moving weight work. It was getting so crowded… Especially with the kids out for summer. It was very discouraging. Well with it open now I can’t wait to do my stretches, etc. in a nice uncrowded place.
I have used the gym for years and I love it. It has great equipment and is clean and very bright and sunny. The people who work there are great too.
I like the very early opening and very late closing hours on the weekdays. As a person who works a regular 9-to-5 job, I like being able to use the Y at off hours.
I like how well stocked the wellness center is. I was there on a busy Saturday morning and there were still plenty of treadmills available. I also enjoy the indoor track.
I am enjoying the pool and the whirlpool. I appreciate that you have an ADA lane so that those of us that are not yet lap swimmers can workout out of everyone’s way.

Cowart Family YMCA provides a lot of great programs for seniors that have substantially increased my strength, stamina, and energy. It's been life changing for me. I'm retired but in much better shape, both physically and mentally,than when I was working.
The benefit I didn't see coming was the friendships developed here with other members as well as staff. For many of us Cowart Y has become "the town square" where we not only excercise but socialize and become involved in each others' lives.We give each other a lot of support. It's become a great way to start the day.

Pool, steam room, basketball, and Pickleball courts
The ability to keep Pickleball in the schedule despite other rotating programs like summer camp.
Also give my sincerest regards to the cleaning staff - everything is always immaculate. Do you do any special recognition events when clients could voluntarily send donate a cash "thank you"?
Group classes, cleanliness. However, yoga/stretch classes need to be offered in the evening as well as in the morning.
The facility staff people are very welcoming and friendly. Also, the facility is quite clean.
I'm a swimmer so I like the pool and the men's locker room. I'm old so I like the elevator. I like the convenient parking and the friendly personnel
