Over the years, I have made many friends who participate in the same classes. Good to see them, good to see instructors that are consistent with their attendance and workouts.
I like seeing our diverse crowd. Not just in ethnic or cultural differences, but age, education and income. All types of folks come to the Cowart Y: tall, short, young, old, fit and maybe not-so-fit. All looking for connection and their 'place' in the community. All are welcome here.
I love that diversity and the different levels that are available. I also Love, how professional all the personal and instructors are, they are most likely to have a smile in their faces Every time One interacts with them
Swim team has been great so far with our daughter. She enjoys Coach Kayla and is excited for practice
Variety of classes for various ages. Class instructors do a great job
Great programs all around!
I am a member for more then 20 years. I never wanted to change, although there were offers in other places with much cheaper membership. YMCA is a second family, it is friendship, neighborhood, and mutual assistance. It is not about money, it is about harmony of body and soul
Lots of learning events for seniors. Weight and cardio area large enough to accommodate members.
The activities are wide ranging and are tailored to the needs of the members. There are always new and innovative activities which are very helpful to the over 60 age group community.. The activities build and strengthen friendships among the group of attendees.
The staff is awesome!
Lots of variety in class offerings, along with great instructors
Great variety and flexible times.
The membership fee became very expensive as a family and individual. The Y should be a non profit and to help the community
I swim. Pool is good.
All thing are very organizer, thanks.
The BEST!
Micki is my SuperWoman!!
Love our Y!!!
The facility was clean and staff was friendly.
Very diverse, for all ages, hours are good,
Great instructors!!!
Could not be any better🙏
The variety of activities available and the welcoming reception among the staff and attendees
Variety and times of class workouts--and the instructors expertise so that everyone in the class is aware that they should modify, if necessary, to have a safe and effective workout. The pool is well maintained and with the new heater installed, the temperature is stable. The pool staff do a good job keeping the temperature so it works for lap swimmers as well as the water aerobics folks--not an easy task. But the staff are also good at explaining why it isn't warmer (for the aerobics folks)--you can't do water aerobics in a hot pool! (Personally, I consider a temp above 83 degrees to be hot....). Plenty of work out machines, too--so there should be something for everyone, at whatever level of fitness and experience.
The facility is large and has everything and people of all ages
Love the community! The Sunday water aerobics class with Laura is the best in Atlanta!
I love my Y. The Cowart Y really is a great community. I am a swimmer and the pool is generally fantastic. The water isn't consistently warm and we're not sure the aquatics dept. is truly managed by anyone but it's still a great pool.
I've taken quite a few classes here over the years and they have all been good.
Very personal and while there is a class, they feel very private
They are accessible to all levels of fitness and abilities
There's a wide variety of classes at a wide variety of times, making it convenient to do activities I want to do when I want to do them.
Mikki's classes and others
Good facility, kind staff.
Love your Burn class so much, the equipment is very nice and usually available. But the best part about the Y are my friends and the people that work there. Love Miki so much!!

The pool was great!
