Personal trainer Matt is great.
Cowart Family/Ashford Dunwoody it THE best single facility I have ever (in my 80 years I might add) been a member of. And it is best because it has in one facility a wonderful 25 yr 6 lane swimming pool and Matrix machines. I do not have to work out in 2 different places to address my muscles with weights and another facility to have a top-notch swimming pool.

I’m a new member at Cowart YMCA. I’ve only used the workout facilities so far. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The equipment is really clean. And lots of it.
Parking is plentiful. Maybe it’s just luck, but the workout area has not been crowded for me.
I’d give it a 5 out of 5 star rating!!

like the weight equipment and cycling classes
Miki is doing a great job trying to get people together for outside activities and community building. I love the water classes but the air is really cold. something needs to be done about that.
classes are fun and keep me coming to the Y, especially classes led by Miki Joiner.

We mostly use the gym and other water related facilities which are well maintained and staffed.
The front desk personnel and the gym staff are helpful and friendly.
We saw a great relationship between the instructors and participants through social daily interactions, we do not take any classes though

The classes are terrific. As a senior, I appreciate the number of classes available everyday that are appropriate for my age group. The instructors are amazing! They make working out fun which is what keeps us all coming back.
