A wide varieties of activities. Good equipment and a wide variety of machines in the workout room. The staff is very helpful if needed, and they are so pleasant
I like mostly the group activity sessions because, alone, I would quit exercising before 45 minutes. The fact to exercize in a group motivates me to be active longer. The coaches are encouraging, letting us know not to compare others' abilities to ours, but to try to do our best within our own capabilities while trying to improve.
I like also be a part of the senior group which is organized by Miki who is a great leader in being very kind to all.

I enjoy the pool, I swim about 4 or 5 times a week, it is always in great condition.
I love at the Y! I do wish the Y app could add my ID to my apple wallet like the old one did.
Like the Pilates and barre programs. Anna is a great instructor. Mikki has a great stretch class, wish there were more stretch options. Also does a great job in the 5:45am classes and promoting the Y.
Group exercise classes and most of the instructors are GREAT!
I like the gym equipment and pool. I haven't explored the other benefits yet.

I enjoy water aerobics and spending time with my friends in the pool.The instructors are fantastic and they truly get our hearts pumping. Geri Fit is a great class and Miki is terrific. It’s a fun and healthy place to come to.
I just use the facilities. It would be better with a membership that was just for the facilities and not include group activities or programs.
I love the variety of machines you have to work on. I often see many classes going on for seniors. That’s a big plus for me.

Put some sighs up that suggests to the high school kids to get off their phones when sitting the machines so that others can use them !.
Maybe put more seats around and suggest that they are for phone use.

Childcare option and staff are great, great exercise class instructors (shout out to Leah, Heather, Christina, and Anna!), nice equipment, and good options for kids swim lessons!
As a senior, I’m delighted with the number of opportunities provided to our age group. I know pickleball is a race, but I enjoy the variety frequency, times a day/week the classes are offered. My favorites are at least theee times a week and with number of people showing up, the Y opened another class to provide more opportunities.
Let’s see, senior strength and cardio (now called Active Older Adults), balance & mobility, gentle yoga, water aerobics, lunch-n-learns, field trips, and even something called “Gerry-fit” - who’s Gerry?! Thank you for helping me stay off the sofa.

All of the adult classes are user friendly. The entire staff is welcoming to new participants. The workout studios are clean and bright. I truly enjoy working out at the Y and recommend it to all ages!
