Facility is very nice and clean. Great diversity of people of all levels. Look forward to trying some classes when schedule permits - most I am interested in are during the workday.

A well maintained and clean facility, well staffed and updated equipment. I especially like the pickle ball courts being available in the morning.

Good Instructors but current schedule needs to be changed..

I never miss John's class on Wednesday. Excellent Instructor..

will you plz see that there is a Boot Camp or HIIT class in the evening around 6:30pm.. Atleast twice a week..

Is it possible to move Heather HIIT class to 6:30pm on Tuesday...

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love the many activities available for myself as well as my 6 year old son. I enjoy the exercise equipment and group classes and he enjoys the play center as well as the many different camps (spring break, winter break, and summer camp).

Love the water aerobics classes. They are excellent and the camaraderie among the participants is wonderful.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Good selection of classes especially in AMs and noon time for working people. Great job of integrating fitness trends like Yfit and the peloton bikes. The instructors can be it or miss however!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I'm not actually using programs and activities now, just the weights and occasionally the track when the weather is bad. However, I love the weight equipment! I've used equipment at two other gyms, one a Y, and it wasn't anywhere near as good as what Cowart has. Also, I do make coaching appointments when I need to change my weight program and Madison has been wonderful about giving me new exercises that are challenging.

Appeal to a variety of age groups- even in one class. Also love that you must be a good employer and have retained some excellent instructors.
