The facility is clean. The showers as well. It is nice that classes are available. Although some of us pay to just use equipment and shower. As a homeless person I thank your organization for the use of showers and a locker. Without which I would not be able to be considered a functioning member of society. Thank you and Jesus continue to bless your organization.

The Y has lots of classes, is very clean and quiet, and a wonderful staff. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to work out or to be around nice people. They are also dedicated to providing children with everything they need to succeed in life.
The variety of classes available to Seniors.
I like to run on the track in cold weather. It’s always nice and clean as are the restrooms and everywhere I use. The staff does a good job.
The diversity of classes and the variety of machines available.
However, at least one yoga class needs a larger room. (Friday 10:30)
I love going to the Y because the people there are so friendly!!

The play area is the most crucial part, for us. And the staff in there is great. I'm always amazed at how many kids Sanju, Maya, and the others can remember and be excited to see each time.
I also love the affordable day camps. Much more reasonable than the other offerings around here.
I personally use the daytime classes the most. I think the offerings are pretty good and varied.
I haven't participated in any programs and activities at this gym yet.
I like that cowart offers two step aerobics classes with fun teachers

I love the Zumba. You have excellent instructors in Jae, Stacey and Tameka.

I love the work out classes. Especially Wednesday barre class at 9:30. I wish there more like that.
All instructors are great!
I attend the senior classes every week day if possible. I am happy to have the classes, and think the instructors are great. My only complaint is the sound level. It damages hearing, and I don't think it adds to the class. I wear earplugs in most while music is playing. I assume the sound level meets the guidelines for safety if the air drying machine in the ladies room does.
Caren is a great wellness coach. I have enjoyed working with her - and also having Dan on the floor. Both of them bring a lot to my Y experience.
