The programs and activities are great, but the people are the true selling point for our Y. It is like a family that you can interact with every day, always welcoming, always concerned for your well being.
I can't list all the great people, too many, all the instructors, all the coaches and the staff.
Coward Y in particular:
Christina gets a special award for the great job she does keeping everything going.
Sandy gets a special award for coming back with cane after her hip surgery. She still managed to work us out. We thought it would be an easy class, should have known better!
The front desk people always have a welcoming smile and know our names!!
I would give it 20 points if I could.
I use the equipment in the exorcise room, go during the week after 1PM and there are plenty of chances to ALWAYS use everything, I LOVE THAT. No one standing by to use something you are using.
Water aerobics class offered daily ... the treadmill/weight room ... the robust schedule and variety of classes available.
You are one of the only YMCA that still have twice weekly step aerobics class by fun instructors! I also like the teachers in the new class called Club Vibe. Zumba teachers always rock as well.
I’m satisfied with what you offer.
Just started pickle ball and for an OLD tennis player, this is great fun. Sure would be helpful and nice if Y staff could help with setting up and taking down nets.

I have been a member for close to 20 years.
The variety of group classes and nice environment.
Zumba class is my favorite! I wish there were more offerings for it during the evenings for those who have to work during the day.
New equipment and range of classes
The equipment is diverse, and i really like the new Peleton bikes.
There is a good variety in the classes offered.
The coaching offered is really great. This is the first time i’ve tried the coach approach at the Y and it has been so additive to my exercise experience.
Varirty
Great weight room! I love the Expresso Bikes and will probably try the Peleton bike soon. I rately use the pool or hot tub but they’re great. Also very reasonable price for all the amenities that are available.
The programs and classes are accessible to all ages! Everyone is welcome there! The Y has more than enough machines and exercise equipment to handle the members. Kept very clean, and friendly fitness and front desk staff. (But I wish there were more beginner yoga classes!)
Children center, yoga classes (newer, more challenging daytime ones especially), sufficient equipment in main room
I appreciate your classes for seniors - Zumba gold and strength and stretch. I also applaud the front desk staff and the wellness coaches. It's is great facility and a wonderful place to get motivation for trying to stay healthy.

Lots of equipment - nicely maintained - childcare
Haven’t done any programs but love the layout from the exercise area all the way to the pool and steam room. Perfectly laid!
It's clean and do, has a wide range of classes. I would like many more group classes in the afternoons
