What do you like about our programs and activities?

Love the intermediate yoga classes (taught by Susan and Norma), and the HI-LO classes in mornings. Good variety of classes yet, could use more challenging yoga!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The various programs, clean facility, great staff, my kids love it. I love that I can use the kids play center while I work out. The group fitness classes are awesome. My kids love the camp.

I like Dance Classes, Yoga and Water aerobics the most and all the credit goes to the talented and certified Instructors. Special Thanks to Renee and Sandy for all the challenging exercises and keeping the spirit on to come for their classes. ❤️
