What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like the track, the pool and the equipment/workout room.
I also enjoy seeing the young people and the older citizens using and enjoying the same facility.

YMCA programs are for very one. Unlike a gym. There are babies to seniors . It’s wonderful to see everyone at the YMCA. I love the yoga classes ; pool; steam room; sauna and jacuzzi

I primarily come to the Y to work out. I love the friendliness and that long time employees always speak and know my name. That’s special.

I like the water exercise and the instructions given. I also like the whirl pool that helps my aching joints.
