I've been a member since 1978 and have volunteered as a teacher and participantin the program offerings, as well as making suggestions for improvement when I observe an opportunity to do so.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Comprehensive programs to meet the needs of all people regardless of age.

Although issues are acted upon in a relatively expeditious manner, proactive rounds by staff would make the facility even better.

If the “Y “ has a contract with a reputable company, it appears that repairs could be/should be done in a more expeditious manner; it is still my favorite facility to meet my physical and mental needs.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love my Zumba classes! My week is not complete if I don’t workout with Navier! She makes it fun and relaxing. I am always soaking wet at the end of my class and feel happy and healthy!

It’s the best y around, the aquatic department coach ilonga, master swim class is great, he is paicient, and knowledgeable about all things swimming. The entire staff at the y are accommodating.

I primarily use the pool. What I like about it is that it's rarely crowded during the times of day I want to use it and it's well maintained.

I love the HIIT class on Saturday mornings. Can you add a weekday HIIT class?

Spin is great with Jarvis.

Also really enjoy the steam room.

You have a lot of different activities and classes I just wish more of them were offered around 11 to 1pm
