I like that it feels accessible to people at all levels of fitness. I like having such a wide variety of ages, shapes, and cultures to interact with. I love that it is so affordable. Even when I don't go for a while, I am happy with my "donation" going to the Y

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I think the people who work at the Y are the greatest asset. I like very much my yoga teacher, my functional movement teacher, and the people on the floor when I work out each morning. I appreciate the friendliness of the people who welcome me at the front desk.

The YMCA provides such a wide range of programs, for every Preference, level and age! Also it speaks volumes that financial assistance is available for those economically challenged, so that truly everyone has an opportunity to become a member.
