Lately I've noticed the weight machines are not being as well maintained as they were. (The guy who I used to notice doing this is no longer employed.) Several of them require that the cables be lubricated periodically to promote smooth operation prevent sticking while you are lifting.
Also, on some machines with vinyl armrests, the vinyl splits and needs to be replaced. I understand there is a lag time between ordering and installing new vinyl coverings, however, as soon as a split occurs it needs to be covered with duct tape so that the tear doesn't pinch your arms while you're working on the machine.

The variety of classes and friendly staff
You have top notch staff -- they treat everyone who comes through the doors with warmth and respect! Among them, Joseph Edwards deserves special recognition -- he is the best spinning teacher ever! What makes his great -- Joseph prepares for his class in advance, pays attention to everyone in the class, and actually gets off his bike to walk around to check on people and encourage them.
I like the fact that there are so many different classes to choose from and that there are so many choices regarding times. I especially love the fact that there are some classes that children are allowed to do the class with their parents. It makes the programming very family-friendly.

The YMCA offers a variety of things to do for the kids as well as adults. I wouldn't want anything to change.

I love that you offer body pump - I wish the other YMCA in the Atlanta Metro did as well.

Scheduling classes could be improved, though. For example, on Tuesday, tai chi is at the same time as a yoga class. I think some of the yoga folks might go to tai chi of it were not at the same time.
