While I do not participate in any programs or classes, I like the variety of equipment and the friendly environment of the Y fostered by the staff and fellow members.
Price, location, the number of people present using the equipment is ok most of the time.Most staff is nice.

Inclusive, lots of variety, great group exercise classes, all around excellent customer service. I feel like all the staff genuinely care about each one of us.
Timing is everything for me. The Y has classes when I can participate. Stretch class on Thursday evenings at 7:45pm is a great class at the right time for me.

All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. I've also enjoyed every class I've taken so far, especially the Fierce Funk classes with (instructors) Jessica and Ashley.

Welcoming atmosphere; there are no issues when people are late to class, you don't have to book classes, guidelines on equipment is respected by the members.
Haven't been to all the classes yet, but LOVE fierce funk with Jess and Ash, Pilates/Yoga fusion, and WERQ.

There are a lot of different classes with great instructors and a lot of equipment at the gym. All the staff is friendly and helpful.
