What do you like about our programs and activities?

Love your group exercise classes (just wish they were even more dance ish ones in the mornings and on Sunday!). Been a member for years and really happy to have you and your great services in my neighborhood. And very much like the play center - they're events are especially great. Thanks for the Santa and the paw patrol events this year!
The only issue we've had is my child signed up for basketball this year and was put on a team with no coach. It's been pretty stressful for him not knowing who will be at practice or if yet again we just won't have anyone coaching. Normally I'd give y'all a 10 but this has been really sad and frustrating for him and us.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Currently taking swim lessons. The environment is supportive and encouraging. The instructor is friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I was a little anxious about my first lesson and first visit. I'm having fun, learning to swim and meeting new people.
The staff is also courteous, friendly, and have a willingness to help.
I look forward to being a lifelong member,

Love all of the strength classes and love that they’re only 45 minutes! Please keep all classes 45 minutes. It is so workable and doable.

The treadmill area is fine and workout. Swimming people I am not so sure, I don't like the sharing in lanes.

I like that the Buckhead YMCA offers a Tai Chi class. I also like the professionalism of the front desk staff and teachers!

It’s fairly easy to book a swimming lane using the online booking tool. The center is always clean and accessible, and the staff is warm a accommodating.

I go to the Y for the swimming pool. :-) I like the booking system and that there are 3 lanes that are not shared.

The staff are supportive and routinely gracious and helpful.
The facility is well maintained.
