I have belonged to many exercise facilities. I find Carl Sanders Y the best of them all. It is very large and offered everything I want and need. The facility is sparkling clean and every one, including guests and staff members are not only polite but super friendly and helpful. I go once a day to use the water facilities. This was my first visit back to a fitness facility since C-19 abruptly closed everything! All staff was friendly and patient with me and the facility and common areas where extremely clean.

You have to have a reservation for the Lap lane
I love the ability to make lap lane reservations and love the classes at the Y. The people who work there are super friendly.

Constructive feedback… It is very easy to sign up online to the app for classes. And very difficult to cancel your reservation if something happens. It would be much better if it was easy to cancel encouraging others that might want to exercise to sign up and fill that spot. It takes so many steps to cancel the class there is no incentive to complete that process

Staff are friendly, facility is spacious and clean. Range of equipment for cardio and strength exercising is very complete.
Pickleball!!! But we need more courts and more clinics for intermediate players, not just Monday and Saturday.
I would also be interested in stretching classes for seniors. Something not a strenuous as yoga, as I am 74, have some arthritis, and am very still in the low back.
I love the diverse amount of activities for me and my family. Your staff especially Corey and Jill are a joy to engage and are always helpful!

Also enjoy the fact that the Y still find creative ways to give back, e.g. Moe's family meals.
Time/schedule has numerous options. The instructors have been fantastic. As a member of the Senior status, that is very important m. I’ve never felt intimidated and classes are not over book. The equipment is up to date and not worn.
I use the elliptical machine there but do not take classes or anything else. I enjoy using that machine/
