I love the classes, although some of my favorites were discontinued. I love that I lose another pound every month.
Very diverse and plentiful equipment.
Please put up notices INSIDE the walking/running track on multiple walls that tell people which way to walk. Many people do not see the sign on the door and walk the wrong way which can get someone hurt. I get really frustrated having to tell people that ignore me.
Classes
The staff are very pleasant, the facility is clean, and a variety of programs are provided.
Variety of cardio / ex cerci seems equipment and socializing.
I like that the little young children represent all races religions & economic levels.
As they grow older together hopefully they will understand that they are all equal.
I like the fitness classes and the exercise equipment.
There is a variety of equipment offered, though you should check the exercise machines consistently and make sure they are in working order. One of the bicycle machines has a piece of an ear phone jack broken off in it, so you can't use it to plug in an ear phone.
There are wipes and disinfectant provided to clean the equipment, though you should have someone consistently check the floors around the equipment and clean up the unsightly sweat that people leave behind.
You provide plastic gloves that guests can use as another layer of protection, though I haven't seen any lately.
The people working at the front desk are friendly, though some of them choose to greet the guests while others won't say anything to you at all, even if you speak to them first.
Great culture
The staff is always so nice and helpful. There are a wide range of activities, the tennis courts are in good shape and the gym equipment is very good. A real value for the cost of membership.

I do like the facilities and your programs. However, I would encourage more spacing I. Your classes, especially as COVID cases rise once again. And bring back Boot Camp!

Variety of classes. Lots of equipment. Access to lap lanes. Clean and neat. Everyone is friendly.
Wonderful atmosphere
I like all the machine and the space in the facility. Even when a machine goes down it is not for long.
I love that there are so many group classes and programs for all ages, plus the swimming pools, plus the gym, and all for a really affordable price!
Availability of classes and workout space.
Basketball, Tennis and swimming are our favorites.
And the workout facility is the best!
Buckhead YMCA is a great fAmily health center, highly recommend!
New equipment, clean environment
Love the friendliness of the Y, both staff and guests. Equipment is good. Love the plexiglass between machines and hope that stays indefinitely! Only complaint…I miss the towels. Seems a funny time to take away that privilege because using them on mats, etc. seems far more sanitary. Leadership seems terrific. I’m glad to be back after 18 months!
Love Water Aerobics! Two teachers are really great!

This is the best Y location! I would give it 10 points, but they cut a good bit of classes. I really wish there were more cardio classes Wednesday- Thursday and Sunday. They could be boot camp, bosu, or lunch express. I like advanced teachers that help me get a great workout in like Betsy, Terri and Jennifer T. I also really liked Robert.
