The three gentlemen arrived and assessed the house to determine what had to be packed and wrapped for moving and they quickly went to work, each on a different floor. On loading day I was doubly impressed with how well they packed the container, including my motorcycle. They were professional, efficient and courteous and I have already recommended them to friends who are looking to store their household as they rebuild.

The people I was in contact with were all professional, prompt in their responses, friendly, and interested in my move request, even though it was relatively small. Kim Stafford, Tara Schneider, and Myah McDermott were each so helpful and I felt very confident that the art work I was moving from Alberta to Nova Scotia was in very good hands. I was informed in very quick turnaround times of costs, and booking possibilities. I am also happy to report the boxes reached Nova Scotia intact and within the estimated time given. Thank you so much!!

Only one point as a suggestion - the two fellows who arrived to pick up the boxes were very quick, and courteous as well. They had been delayed about two hours, and a phone call about this from them would have been very helpful, as I was actually waiting outside for two hours at the storage unit. When I called about the delay, Myah got right on it, and I was able to go somewhere warm for lunch.

The movers arrived on time and were professional in the entire move.. They didn't waste any time they got right down to moving. They were courteous and all seemed to enjoy their jobs and wanted the customer to have a good move experience. We were very happy with the entire move.

Excellent positive attitude, customer service and support throughout the process, from initial contact and set-up with Tara, coordination and follow-up service setting-up and delivery of the move with Mya, packing/loading/unloading, interaction with Terri (the driver) and both loading/unloading crews in Calgary and Montreal. You are rightfully justified to have the word Quality in your name, as it showed throughout every step of the way throughout the move. I was glad to hear that you can coordinate a move from afar if I were to require one in the future, as I would definitely contact you again, and recommend you to anyone that requires a move as well. The entire process was a fantastic experience and the team of movers in each city that Jeff was able to bring were great and very courteous. If we ever move again, we want to use the same services from QMM and want Jeff as our mover.

Timeliness, professionalism and courtesy

This was my first experience using a moving company. Every contact with each staff member was a ‘10’ out of ‘10’. The initial phone contact gave me the right information and put me in touch with Tara. Tara came out and walked through my residence and that of my daughter’s to establish our needs. Estimated the number of boxes we needed exactly! When we went to QMM to pick up the boxes, the staff were awesome. We hadn’t called ahead (recommended so everything is ready upon your arrival) and they put together our order very quickly and helped us load the boxes into our vehicle. On the day of our move, Matthew called when he was leaving the shop.

Matthew, Mike and Rob were a well oiled machine. They were the perfect team working very well together. They worked very quickly, taking great care with our belongings. Our entire move from arrival, on loading, offloading and set up was complete in 5 hours. Thank you! We

From the detailed in-house estimate given by Tara, to the personable, fast, careful, and thorough work of Matthew, Mike, and Kyle, QMM made our move incredibly easy. We will be sure to recommend QMM to all our friends and family.

Overall 7 out of 10. I liked the personal touch, but why 3 people in the chain instead of just one constant? The upfront price was double everyone else, knowing that most do then raise their prices later. Our agent over promised on the timeline and I had to push and push to get the promised schedule back on track....which they did meet. Original quote was off by 30%, a little high. Movers on both end were polite, professional and on time. No damages, nothing missing.

Everything went smoothly, on time and as expected. No damages. Excellent communication with both office staff and truck driver.

I thought the crew was good and gave good attention to details, slowing down to take things apart or remove fixtures that could have been broken. They were also pleasant and I felt safe having them with me all day while I was by myself.

Excellent service, delivered on time as promised. We were kept up to date about our shipment on a regular basis. Comprehensive information was provided regarding the documentation required for importation, which enabled us to prepare well in advance and to receive our shipment abroad without any hassles to clear customs.
Also, their choice of a receiving company to handle the shipment once it arrived at the destination was excellent. Reliable, quality service at all times, from our house in Canada to delivery in Portugal.

I recently moved from Alberta to B.C. I want to thank you for making every aspect of my move with QMM as smooth and enjoyable as possible. My dealings with Tara and Rebecca were always friendly and professional. Suzy and her packing team were absolutely incredible. I am so grateful to Suzy especially, who was sensitive to my feelings during a difficult time and I can’t express enough how much that was appreciated. Also, Dave and his moving team did a fantastic job and were a pleasure to work with. Even the claims department have been awesome in resolving a situation with a missing shelf. Hi: Looking for a moving company, I went to the internet. I am elderly and not that familiar with the technology, more comfortable with a telephone book, BUT since that was not available, up came my options on which local companies I could use. Within a very short time I got a response from the company, giving me the facts as to who, what, when, and why about the move. Can't beat that, and I was never "On Hold" once. The young men that did the move were, absolutely professional and of great support to me during the move. Can't get any better, I say. Make your next move with them!

Aside from the length of time until i received my stuff, which i understand is long, Clayton and the movers were great. this is the first time i can say that. I would definitely recommend these guys.

The entire QMM team was very easy to work with. They made my mother-in-law feel very comfortable. She really enjoyed the “A” team movers that were set up by Tara. Also, Tara was amazing to work with and to coordinate this move. My mother-in-law’s landlord was so impressed she wanted some business cards from QMM to pass around to other tenants that may need to be moved. Thank you QMM!
