I was pleasantly pleased with the efficiency and friendliness of the people involved in my move. The cost of my move was much more reasonable than a quote I was given by a national competitor.
The co-ordinator I worked with was professional and timely with responses. There were no surprises. The driver was very, very good.
Yes this is my third time using Qmm. I moved from Calgary year ago last February. The people are punctual, accommodating and vert pleasant to deal with.

Initially the communication from the office was horrible and we received virtually no notice (around 12 hours) that our driver was arriving. However, once our driver, Bevan Rupert arrived, everything ran smoothly. I would recommend QMM highly to anyone, based on Bevan's excellent service. He was very professional, meticulous and set me at ease. All of our belongings arrived safe and sound and on schedule. We have been unpacking for the last week and nothing has gone missing or been damaged. Overall, we are very pleased. Bevan is a true gem, we hope QMM appreciate him and share this review with his team! The Canadian moving crew that worked with him: Chad and Billy were also wonderful!

Everything went well with the move and our experience with QMM was outstanding! The communication was excellent and everyone we spoke with got back to us in a timely manner. Moving to a new country was very stressful and I can honestly say using QMM basically took the stress out of that portion of the move. I will say the professionalism and customer service of the team for both moving out and moving in was excellent. There was no damage to our stuff, which was also great! Would definitely recommend.
Quality Move Management was quick to provide a preliminary quote and the documentation I needed to prepare my household goods move from Texas to Canada. Quotes were associated with an estimated total weight. The first quote was based on a list of goods I had provided. The second and final quote was based on a virtual visit we did with the QMM salesperson using the Allied Video mobile application. I chose the ‘fixed price’ option which means that the total price does not change as long as the total actual weight is within 10% of the estimated weight. QMM also committed to a certain date range for the move. After signing the contract, QMM assigned a Move Coordinator to the job who sent a personalized note and several forms and documents. After reviewing the documents and forms we had a 30 minutes conference call with the Move Coordinator who answered our questions about the move. The move went as smooth as can be considering the amount of activity involved. The final bill came at the quoted price and the move was performed within the agreed to date range.
The staff was friendly and responsive. The move went on smoothly. The storage service was a great help when our new home was not yet ready. We are really happy about the experience.
I am very happy with how smoothly my move went. I was not at my house in Surrey when my items were loaded into the truck. My neighbors dealt with that part for me and were very impressed how everything was packed and loaded into the truck. Once they arrived at my new home in Prince George, my stuff was placed where I wanted and put together properly. The men were very polite and professional. I would definitely use this company again. This was my second time using QMM was lucky enough to get Tara both times. She was extremely professional and knowledgable. We had a new coat of paint put on all walls in the new house before moving in and the Kyle’s crew was amazing. Not a single wall got marked up. Highly recommend using QMM and if possible request Kyle as the lead mover.
