The move was overall excellent. The customer service and sales team were top notch always checking on me and accommodating any circumstances. The movers were efficient and quick and arrived earlier than I expected. I would recommend the service to anyone looking to move and will use them again should I need to relocate once more.
From start to finish, it was a pleasure working with QMM. I had all of my questions or concerns answered promptly, my things arrived and looked like they hadn't even been touched, and the movers that came to take my things and unpack them at my new location were friendly, professional and efficient. Karl was efficient, thorough and a great leader of his teams at both ends of the move.
Excellent and friendly service with Kyle and Rob.
However, after unpacking all boxes, we seem to be missing a few items such as 12in. x 48in. wall mirror, Dish draining tray, 2 Shower Rods, and a bag of Art Canvasses.
No need for you to worry, these were not expensive items and easily replaceable.

Everything went smoothly with my move from Edmonton to Toronto and they were very responsive to my questions and concerns. Schedules were kept and my furniture all arrived without any damage. Highly recommended.

Calvin and his team were great. I also loved that the quote was fixed with no surprises. Tara was a great touch point throughout the process. One thing to watch is that my online quote request was never picked up on your end. So you may be missing business that way. I called in to follow up on the quote

Overall we found the Chilliwack and the Lethbridge teams were extremely effective. They were both on time, hard workers, and approached the packing and unpacking of our possessions with respect and care .

Our cross country move went well. I felt that the cost was reasonable for the services provided. All of our belongings were well packed and arrived with no damage. Inventory control by the mover meant that we were able to verify delivery of everything which also assisted with our resettlement at the new home. The moving team at all stages of this process were excellent to work with.
Found that the customer service was great. There were no hidden costs and everything went smoothly from the administration team to the movers. I was kept informed throughout the process.

This move was an odd move. The move was to move my Mother-in-law's belonging from the Edmonton area to us here in St. Anthony, NL. The odd part is, I was the one who started the move request while I am still in Newfoundland. My brother-in-law was the only one who had face to face contact with the movers as he was the "go between" QMM and myself and resides at the address the belongings were to be picked up. Arrangements for the move went smoothly, the pack and loads both went smoothly. Delivery to NL was delayed twice, once due to a ferry cancellation (we always expect that living here in NL), the other delay was due to an unforeseen mechanical break down that nobody has control over. The driver kept me in the loop by advising me as soon as each delay happened and of course advising me of expected delivery dates. From the initial contact with QMM right to the delivery, everyone involved did so in a very professional manner. If needed, yes I would use QMM again.
