Our move was smooth, and easy from the start. The walk through with Tara over video chat was easy, the young men that actually moved us from house to house were amazing. Weather was not on our side, and they did not let it affect them. I was in awe. This was the easiest move we have ever done- it was wonderful!!

Great experience. Everything was smooth from packing to unpacking. Made our move from Alberta to Ontario so much less stressful. Very professional company.

For the international move (Alberta to California) everything was professional and the Driver Gord was exceptional. His helpers who loaded in Alberta and who unloaded in California were again top notch.

For the move from our family home into a condo (Calagry,Alberta) was not as good. Much younger people and far more damage than the move internationally.

Brad and Oleta were able to answer any and all questions posed.

Communication was great and the team that brought my goods from Calgary to Kelowna were fantastic. They worked hard and were careful with my house. Everything went smoothly. Thanks so much.

Excellent . I was especially impressed with the Calgary crew. They were professional and did the unloading of my furniture in no time.

Michelle at QMM was very responsive and was always available to answer questions we had and guide us through the moving process. The movers were very careful with our things and took their time packing and unloading. It went smoother than I expected and was surprisingly easy!

Tara Schneider was amazing and very clear about what to expect, right from the virtual walk-thru to providing all the necessary paperwork. She was also extremely friendly and easy to get hold of. The packers in Los Angeles were competent, friendly and took their time to do things correctly and make me feel relaxed.

Everything was great, start to finish. Tara's quote was accurate (I actually came in under the quoted price) and Sangita was great in managing my move. The crews in Calgary and in Houston were both excellent.

The movers were very careful and did not damage anything or scratch any walls or floor. Great job.

QMM did an excellent job moving us halfway across Canada. This was our second move with this team and we went with them because the previous move went so well.
The Admin team of Julie and Tara were excellent at setting everything in motion and managed to hit our target date for pick up and loading.
The moving team of Istafan and Alex were excellent to work with. Quick and efficient packing, loading and moving.
Overall a great experience for what will be our last move.

Matt and Chris turned up half an hour early for collection of our household belongings and were very efficient in loading the truck, not wasting any space nor time. Both young men were very courteous and helpful when asked any questions.

Also when unloading they were on time, if not early, and again very efficient and courteous.

At this time we have not unpacked but feel sure our belongings have been in safe hands.

Nothing broken. 4000 dollar bed headboard scratched. Something is bound to happen

I was very satisfied with the Quality moving service. However, I found it strange that I was required to pay before the goods were delivered.

From the first call to Coral, the immediate follow up by Tara, the amazing engagement by Abbigail right through to the on-site team it was an amazing experience.
We had reasonable expectations, but QMM hit it out of the park for us.

Packing crew were excellent. One piece of glass broke and the fender on my hubby’s bike broke - but considering we moved from Calgary AB to Chatham ON - that’s pretty good. The movers loading the boxes were efficient and personable. On the other end, some things went to wierd places and some items still missing (labelling could of been clearer) but will turn up once we get through all boxes. Thanks QMM - great job!

Very professional with every contact from start to finish. Movers at departure and arrival efficient, and organized. Everyone very nice to speak with. Coordinators, always reply to emails within same day. Nothing broken. Thank you for the great experience.

From the first contact, QMM was very professional and asked a lot of questions about what and where we were moving so that their estimate would be accurate. The Consumer Sales Manager then did a virtual walk-through of the house to actually view what was there so that nothing was missed and to confirm the accuracy of their estimate.
Always responsive, the communication was clear and questions were answered quickly.
They made recommendations for packing options and how they would look after some of the more difficult items(Large TV, mirrors, artwork etc.)
The "other guys" only asked how big our house was and based their respective estimates strictly on square footage.
Once handed over to the Relocation Coordinator, again communication was extremely clear and quick.
Follow up by Relocation Coordinator was great, keeping us up-to-date on how things were progressing and re-confirming dates to fit with our schedule.
She would also make sure that we were on target with our packing.(we elected to pack our goods ourselves)
She coordinated the move of our household goods as well as our vehicles ensuring the
car carrier would be there the same day as the moving trailer.

The actual move out crew was very friendly, handled our goods with respect and carefully loaded the trailer.
The truck arrived at our new location exactly when promised and the unloading crew provided the same care and attention putting all our goods into the house, where we wanted them.
We had no damage to any any of our items.

QMM people always did their best to make a cross country move as easy and stress free as possible for us and I would highly recommend them.
