Yogalates is a great class…the main class I show up for once or twice a week.
Pickleball needs a “challenge” court to make games for intermediate players more interesting. I know several people (myself included) who have played for 2-4 years & do not play @ Y anymore because of the number of beginners who play.
I love Cardio-Funk! Leslie and Vanessa are great instructors.

Primarily body pump. Most of the instructors are good and a couple are super. These classes are on time & provide a great workout. Now the core class is the same.
The upgrades are great and the workout rooms are cleaner.

YMCA town lake is an awesome place to be apart of. Awesome programs that are offered. Wonderful staff .

Lots of choices. The classes I’ve taken have all had good instructors. Classes designed for my age and fitness level. Good amount of classes through the week day.

Love all of the Body Pump instructors- the energy they bring and fun but difficult workout is wonderful !
The Y has many different programs to choose from and the instructors are wonderful
The Y is welcoming place. I enjoy working out with people of all abilities and experiences in an excellent facility with great instructors. A home away from home.

pilates instructors and classes are excellent and at a very reasonable price.
Super affordable, the kids that we played with in volleyball were wonderful, our volunteer coach was amazing. The only thing that was challenging for 1 point off (and I don't know how to get around this) was that you go into signup blind with the schedule when there are other activities that might be already on the schedule.
