I love the new weight room down stairs with all floor padding. It has very good space distribution and equipment is user friendly once figured out. The fairly new hot water jet spa pool leaves me feeling great.

At this time, I'm pleased that you have outdoor classes. I participate in the Thursday Qigong class and also notice a yoga class going on before our time and the stationary bike class outside as well. For some of us who are still being careful about Covid, those options are very helpful. I was also pleased that you allowed me to go and sign in in the traditional way since I don't do apps on my phone. The staff at the desk are always friendly and helpful. As before the world changed, your teachers are still excellent. I really enjoy the teaching style of Lisa in the Qigong and yoga when I took indoor classes in the past.
We like your facility but you keep messing with the morning pickleball players. You take away time from us, change the schedule all the time. It makes it very difficult for us. You could be more considerate of us because we do pay dues!!!!!

Everything! I love the programs themselves, the instructors, the equipment, the staff, and the attendees!
Every time I go to a new program, I’m welcomed with open arms by everyone. I know that I’ll be able to check my stress in at the door no matter what class I’m going to.
As a big person, I used to worry about people bullying or teasing me when I tried a new activity, as that has happened to me many times at other gyms before. The YMCA lives their core values, and although I’ve never had a bad experience here, I know that if I did my concerns would be taken seriously.

At the YMCA, everyone is respectful, helpful, and kind. Both the staff and attendees are so happy and supportive. I don’t feel judged in any way, which is a really big deal given my past experiences.
The YMCA has made my fitness journey a breeze. The encouragement and positive attitude I’ve received every time I walk through the doors is worth it’s weight in gold. I feel truly happy and loved every single time I go to the YMCA.
The YMCA is has taken such a vital role in my wellbeing. Not only am I more active, I’m building a strong community and support system. My mental and physical health have never been better. I have no idea where I’d be without my Y! I’m so glad to have found my happy place!!!!!!
I wanted to take Pilates so I came to the Townlake Y.

The pool and proximity to Butler Trail are what makes me a member. I enjoy the yoga and spin classes but wish there were some lunch/afternoon options as they tend to all be at 9-12 in the morning. I use the weight machines but honestly don't like the new ones as much--moving the weights takes time and encourages people to monopolize a machine.
