Honestly I don't take tremendous advantage of the facilities, but the Y has everything I'd want, easily available, with easy entrance and friendly staff.
Just enjoy running on the lake from the y and a shower afterwards

Townlake Y is both a first-class fitness facility and a civic space that contributes to the community in many different ways. So it feels like I'm a part of something bigger, even when I just do my typical solo workouts. And the classes are amazing, in particular the spin & yoga offerings.
I only use pool and treadmill

USA swim team is a great fit for my kids. The coaches are really engaged, and there is a good mix of fun and challenge. Meets with the other central Texas YMCA branches are good prep for the larger regional meets, and participation is strongly encouraged. Good value and the hours work for our family after school and work. Kind and supportive environment. Keeps my kids fit and allows me to grab an empty lane, work out or take a lap around the lake.
