This was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The estimate process was made easy with a video walkthrough. The Coordinator was readily available any time I contacted her. The Driver reached out right away and was also readily available. On the day of the move, the Load Team was a well oiled machine and a wonder to watch. This was a cross border move and it was clearly communicated via the Coordinator and the Driver the steps we needed to take to clear the contents through customs. We could not be happier and will recommend them to anyone we know that is moving. Well done Team.
The regular updates and information from the team at QMM from start to finish is amazing, constant updates, constantly checking in and confirming updates.
As far as we could tell, there were 3 options for those moving across the border to Canada (besides diy). QMM price point and service fell squarely in the middle so it was an easy choice. We especially appreciated the moving day calls and the clear process explained by sales and our moving manager Amanda. Most importantly, the experience, and rapport with the border and related paperwork was a huge help.

This is the second time I used QMM for my relocation requirements. Both moves were fairly complex and involved storage requirements, multiple delivery locations and staggered delivery dates. Everything was handled perfectly, with the utmost professionalism and care.

At both ends the packers and unpackers did an incredible job. The furniture and breakable items were well packed and wrapped, so everything arrived in excellent condition...almost. Through no fault of theirs, unfortunately the tv cabinet had a door ripped off and gouges made on the top while in the storage facility for two months. But dealings with the Claims Mgr to this point have me anticipating a hassle-free resolving of this issue.

This moving team were great communicators and always available to answer questions. Likewise the employees who loaded and unloaded my belongings were professionals and friendly, respectful and polite. Moving is stressful and can create uncertainty but QMM were always there to alleviate my fears with understanding and empathy.
My move went very smoothly. Tara is extremely professional and efficient and answered questions quickly. Amanda looked after details and questions efficiently and communicated updates and deadlines. Calvin and his crew were great. They were great in communicating their eta and were very punctual. Moving is a stressful time but having an excellent team providing exceptional service helped a lot. Roland Smith provided the best possible experience for our cross country move from the initial meeting to assess the extent of the move to the final delivery. His professionalism was exceptional. Great service and scheduling. The movers were on time, took excellent care of furniture, boxes, and the interior of the house while carrying items up stairs and through hallways, etc. They were friendly and worked fast and efficiently. I would highly recommend QMM!
