I love the instructors and the early morning classes. One feedback for improvement: Lately, the Studio floor has not been as clean as it was before. Not just dust but more hair etc.

Great challenging class, great space
My experience @ LI CorePower just gets better and better with time. In the two years I have been attending this studio, the last year is where I have seen a lot of positive changes into the class schedules, variety of classes, quality of instructors, cleanliness of the studio, and overall my experience. I love coming into the studio, and it has been great to see a lot of different experienced instructors sub at LI. Props to the Studio Manager @ LI for running a great studio and cultivating a top notch guest experience that bleeds through the culture + team.

I absolutely love Kay’s classes! She is able to intuitively teach a routine that everyone in her class loves, and she changes it often so we’re never bored. Her music and voice are always pleasing.
The only annoying problem is that the instructor before her, Dale, always goes over at least 15 to 20 minutes. Therefore, we cannot get into the yoga room until only a few minutes before class. I like to stretch a little and get settled before class, but it’s not possible. Maybe Dale could start her classes at an earlier time

I just recently moved to San Diego and was welcomed with the most genuine smiles and conversations. Susan was amazingly friendly and made my 1st day in San Diego much less intimidating.
I'm looking forward to returning to the studio and finding my place amongst the community.

This studio is conveniently located near my home and has many class options and times that work with my schedule. The staff are all great but outstanding instructors are Lu C. and Carrie, the manager. They have different styles of teaching. Carrie more than anyone literally instructs students. She tells you why you are doing certain moves with the anatomy behind it. She isn't gimmicky with her routines. Keeps it simple and effective. Lu C or LuLu is also an excellent instructor, just a ball of energy, very very friendly and motivating. The little spritz of lavender mist and towel swoosh during shavasana always makes my heart melt. She makes you happy to be there. I love 4S Ranch CPY.
