The Intensity
The staff is very friendly and inviting. The classes are challenging, but allow freedom to do what feels best for your body, without pressure to keep up with the class. I really enjoyed my classes and look forward to more!

I love north park core power. I had issue last Friday morning when a teacher left the door open on a hot power fusion class and made it "not hot". 6:30 am .... you go for the heat

First off it's worth understanding there are many types of Yoga.
The funny thing is that for the first few years of my practice, I assumed there was only one type of Yoga and that it was based on the skill level and intensity.
Later I found out that I had mainly practiced Vinyasa and then understood there are many other forms like: Ashtanga, Bheemashakti, Bikram, Yin, Hatha ect.
Right now I am really enjoying the HOT Bikram, which allows me to get into deep body stretches,, plus the heat is like a sauna so it's an intense two-for!
