Equipment is updated frequently. Staff is helpful & pleasant. Gym is very clean. Classes are useful, some are included in your monthly fee.

I like the view, various machines, very open, variety of classes.

I would like to see a roll case stretching machine. A bit more cleanliness, if you look by the treadmills (front) very dusty.

Hours and location are very convenient, and variety of equipment is excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful. Of importance, I did a last minute cancellation of an appointment and the staff were very understanding and accommodating about this matter.

Fitness Factory should participate in Silver Sneakers. This would be helpful for members whose health insurance covers the membership fees. Fitness Factory could promote Silver Sneakers in their marketing efforts.

Fitness Factory constantly strives to improve their products and services.

There are good instructors and many class choices and I loved it because I can’t go and do exercises by myself!
I love group classes and they are excellent for your body workouts 👍

I love Fitness Factory! Everyone is very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The equipment is unlike any other gym nearby. The multiple machines, racks, and platforms make it easy to workout even when it is busy.
