Fitness Factory is a great gym that has everything a health conscious person requires from new and clean machines and equipment to group classes that help build minds and bodies. The staff is friendly and courteous and parking is never a problem. The cost for all of this is amazingly affordable.
The staff is great. The members are friendly and it is a fun place. How about you spend some money on seats and other parts of the equipment that are cracked or split. Also purchase new mats that are the thick blue kind, and add free weights to the ladies workout room, and water the plants,

The variety of machines and classes
It's great. There are always new pieces of equipment. Space is also very big. So, there is always a place to work out. The floors are all good and take a good bounce some times. Great place to work on weights.

There is a Wednesday 6:30 class. Body pump that REALLY needs to go back to 7 pm. The way it is now this class is constantly interrupted by people coming in at 7. I have to kill myself to make 6:30, as do many others that work 9-5 in the city.
The classes are terrific. I took Rachel’s Body Combat. Great energy. She gives it her all. Everyone gets a great workout!
Very good staff and excellent trainers especially my 2 favorites Amy and Anthony. Very clean gym for workout with good equipments.
