What do you like about your Fitness Factory experience?

Very good gym. Equipment is top notch. But...needs better music. Maybe some classic rock or some korean music...some of the modern songs do not have a fast enough beat for cardio...too slow. Also...the protein shakes are nice, but maybe some light snacks would also be good...kimchi, pickled cucumbers, pickled cauliflower, pickled garlic, seaweed, tofu, dried fish, etc...

I love the location (beautiful view of the river and NYC as I’m working out). The staff is really kind and helpful. The facilities are very clean and the machines are very modern and work extremely well!

Dislike the lack of variations of time. Most classes happen while many of us are still at work.

i most like zoomba
originally i joined fitness factory to loose my stomach fat
i didn't see reault about it it but when i observe zoomba i like the music and fun
so i did zoomba twice and fall in love with it
although it's been only merely 1 month , i will continue do it
until my stomach become flat as paper!! ㅎㅎ
it's a best experience and best choice i made so far.

What do you like about your Fitness Factory experience?

Best gym ever. I’ve been a member three years and it hasn’t disappoint. Husband and I go with our toddler daughter and she loves it too at the kids center. All around a good gym with excellent equipment and great staff.
