Very close to home and great price. Machines and weights need to be maintained better and gym is kinda dirty. Many of the members do not have gym etiquette but other than that it has all I need.

The overall vibe in the gym is very pleasant. Equipment is always working. Locker room is always clean. Staff is very friendly. I have no complaints at all.
The machines, the classes, personal training, and overall the staff. The staff puts an effort into making this a great gym to enjoy on a daily basis and always listens to what you have to say.
Close to home! Classes are great. Nobody bothers you. Last gym I went to staff members kept coming up to me and felt they needed to show me how to do certain equipment or would go around and say say focus. Who needs that.
what do I like about Fitness Factory customer service are very polite and attentive to the customers and I also like the fact that the facility have so many equipment to use and also the classes that are given it's an amazing experience and I feel very comfortable at your establishment and I'm also getting the workout that I need to reach my goal for a better and healthier life.
The atmosphere of fitness factory is unlike most gyms. The environment is extremely comfortable. There are a myriad of opportunities to grow as a person and an athlete for a small price.

Fitness Factory is a very inviting and big gym. There are plenty of machines and weights to choose from without being on top of other people who are trying to workout. In the last, I've been in gyms with only 2 squat racks and I have had to change my workout for that day which is not ideal. Fitness Factory is clean, and just a very pleasant atmosphere that motivates me to have a great workout!

Mornings not over crowded
Like that u can use either the synergy station, the turf or the small group room to creat own work out / class in the am
Evening classes: good participation but not too crowded- in particular like - Monday boot camp and tues boot camp; Would like more of these; like amy’s Holiday burn class if that can be offered regularly
Equipment is new and in good condition;
Ample light weights - but would like to see a few 12 lb weights
Like that there are multiple trx available and enough jump ropes available
Very nice gym. For serious fitness people, not like the planet fitness beginners gym. Staff is friendly. The free weights and the machines are very nice. All the equipment is in good working condition. I have not come across a broke machine yet. The crowd is friendly and help keep you motivated. Know one judges you and everyone helps each other. I have made the most gains at Fitness Factory than I have ever made at crunch or planet fitness.
I like variety of classes offered and is included with membership.

I love the state of the art equipment, steam showers, sauna, outdoor small group training program and most importantly that they have “diet to go”, a healthy food service 3rd party -great for when you are toooo busy with the day to day, to cook a healthy meal.
