Very professional team, confirmed the appointment, kept me informed on ETA, showed up on time and respectful and efficient cleaning crew. They used eco safe cleaning products and cleaned the house thoroughly, as requested. The supervisor stopped by to inspect all the work was completed to my satisfaction.

The cleaning products did not have a strong odor, but they did a good job cleaning. I also liked that our individual requests were complied with in a very professional manner.
Prompt arrival and Marilyn got right to work. I prefer some other products which I made available. Will need cleaning on tops that I cannot reach. Appreciate glass cleaning. Would like a steam cleaner for my tile floors especially in kitchen and bathroom floors.

They did a really good job. They missed a few things but I was pleased with the results. It was a deep clean which is very challenging.

I greatly appreciated the responsiveness of Merry Maids to clean my house on such a short notice. Wes was fantastic to work with. My only complaint was there was a bag of trash left by my front door and the kitchen trashcan was completely full and was not taken out to the main garbage can. Other than that, I am very pleased.
