I must admit it's taken awhile, but now everything is done to my satisfaction and my house looks very nice after they've left.

It's reliable and good

The team is usually on time. When I get home after a cleaning, the house smells clean and nice, but not "chemically".

I have no idea what products are used and I like that it means I never touch them. I like the consistency, and knowing exactly what areas were the special focus each time. If you do carpet cleaning you should leave information regarding that once in a while.

I'm glad I can count on the same two ladies each time. And I really like the way my house looks and smells clean when they are done.

I like how you give me an approximate time that they'll be there. I also like your flexibility with rescheduling appointments.

Whatever the nice ladies use to sparkle our home is magical. Yolanda and Sandra have been consistently conscientious and thorough, as well as very careful with everything in the house and kitchen. They are also very respectful of our space and pleasant to have in the house when we are home. I can't tell much about the products, except that other than a substitute cleaner using water on a waxed wooden floor and discoloring it, we haven't had any problems with the products used.

It is a good, deep clean each time. They are flexible if I have a special request and they always show up when they are supposed to! I trust them to do a great job, even when I am not there!

Your personnel are truly inspiring, in their courtesy, efficiency, and skills at cleaning,
as well as their willingness to accomplish the tasks. Also, the office staff is so helpful, in scheduling, or in altering the schedules, too, always so pleasant and receptive to my calls, always a word of good cheer -- they are never too pressed to be human. And, seeing that I have pets in my little apartment, your cleaners are eminently kind with them, and careful about not letting them out, and respectful of their needs.

The quality of the products

For a fairly comprehensive cleanup of a long neglected home, the job done was quite thorough. For the first time in years it actually smelled clean. Although there are some results that aren't perfect, that is more a matter of long-term embedded grime that will take multiple specialty cleanings that we're not part of the service offered or requested. Stains on the kitchen counters that I thought might never come out are gone. The inside of the refrigerator shines and nearly all of the grease was removed from the oven. All in all a good job.

The individuals providing the services are proficient, courteous, gracious and careful. The products used are effective and do not have strong scents and are not abrasive. The payment by credit card is very convenient.
