Efficiency and accountability. When one of the team cleaners accidentally used an abrasive chemical on my vanity, staining it, she immediately informed me, apologized, and called the manager. Over the next week, the manager arranged to have the two necessary tradesman come to my house to repair the damage and they did a wonderful job. Good as new! Of course we all would have rather it not happened in the first place, but the fact is that accidents DO happen and when they do, you become thankful for honest people with good insurance!

The teams are professional, react well to requests. If there is something special that needs to be done it is easy to arrange by just making a phone call and explaining what needs to be accomplished.

I needed cleaning done at a house that we're preparing for sale. No one lives there now so I was very happy that Merry Maids could do the work unsupervised. After the wood floors were sanded and refinished, there was sawdust everywhere.
