When Hattie enters my home, I know Merry Maids has sent the "A" Team. I know I can always count on excellent results. If a part of my home needs special attention because of entertaining, workmen or visiting relatives, I know that Hattie and her team mate will take care of it. What I also appreciate is the flexibility that the Merry Maid office staff has always provided. Over the years, on the odd occasion I needed to change or add a cleaning date, the office staff has always been very gracious in their response.

My team is amazing. They make it so nice to come home. Recently, I was away for a week trip and had a Halloween pumpkin on my counter that had liquified sometime while I was gone. The team addresses what I can only imagine was a huge mess without any problem at all!

I have been very pleased with Merry Maids for about seven years now. I can add in a few extras from time to time, they price them out, and we go on from there. Excellent service.

Things have really improved in the last few years. Like that they concentrate on different things each visit. Bed making has improved significantly, very important to me. Floors are still not really "washed" as well as they should be. They "look" clean but are not. I believe they are damp mopped and are supposed to be washed.

I love the products, the house looks unbelievable when everything's done. It has a wonderful clean smell (like a new car)and everything looks brand new, such a happy feeling when you walk in the house. And I can't forget Martha, she is unbelievable, everything is done with great care. She is so prompt and courteous. She makes my life so much easier. I wish I could have her come every week!
