It was a move-in/move-out scenario, so the home was empty, but needed an overall cleaning. Everything appeared clean including the inside of all kitchen appliances. Was very happy with the service and would use Merry Maids again for this purpose.

I like your workers, who are friendly and usually cheerful, who try very hard to do the best possible job.

I would like to know more about your products. I worry about your staff possibly being exposed to dangerous cleaning substances. Could you please issue information on what products you use?

Also, your new vacuuming equipment seems to work well, and it appears that the Merry Maids have less trouble carrying all of the equipment and products into our homes in one trip.

I do not like the cinnamon scented sptsy they use. Please find neuteal smelling products.

You are dependable and always on time. If something is not done to my satisfaction, your workers are happy to clean more thoroughly, even when I say not to worry about it, they can catch it next time, they often INSIST on doing it again that day.

Flexible in rescheduling cleaning day when needed.

Merry Maid is reliable. I am assured cleaning on the day that I request even if it is not my regular day. I feel comfortable that Merry Maid can clean when I am not in the house. I truly like my team of Sandra and Yolanda. I have recently recommended Merry Maids. It has to get by the husband.

I've had two appointments with Merry Maids so far. The first one was where they did they very thorough cleaning of everything in the home. I was extremely satisfied. They did a stellar job. The next time, two weeks later was good too. The cleaning people that I've met so far were professional and polite.
