They are reliably there, unlikely my old "cleaning lady" who might cancel for a variety of reasons. the house is clean, I know what was cleaned, and I never have to worry about running out of cleaning supplies.
I would recommend Merry Maids to my friends...although we had a rocky start...everyone did all they could to help fix any and all issue's and was very polite about it...I was very happy in the end...The maid was on time...she worked very hard, she wouldn't even take a lunch ( I actually didn't like that, I wish she would have taken a break), I loved the smell of the products used...the condo looks beautiful

The maids are pleasant, fast and some exceed expectations (do more than expected).
I like that I can TRUST the people who come to clean my home. I have been a customer several years now and nothing has ever come up lost or stolen. I also like that they give a phone call reminder the day prior to coming. The reminder is IMPORTANT To me! especially since I do NOT live where they clean. It gives me time to remind my family member.

Since I do not have much time to thoroughly clean my home, it is nice to be able to make a call and have the work done and quickly. The staff is very good. It is also good that the staff comes equipped with what they need.

I never have to worry about restocking cleaning supplies or that someone won't show up. I like that there is a manager I can call when things haven't been done right and it's corrected.
