I was very happy with the people that came, however, I paid for an entire house to be cleaned. We have a baby so they didn't get to do the upstairs, leaving 2 bedrooms and a bathroom to be done. They said they would come in the morning the next time. They did a very good job of cleaning the kitchen, wiping down the cabinets.

I very much like that Merry Maids uses teams to do the cleaning. I am never in the unit when it is being cleaned and the team approach gives me comfort.
