Very thorough! They clean under and around everything. We have annual spring cleaning which includes wall washing. We took pictures of the wall to make it easier for them and when we returned they cleaned the pictures and put them back on the wall. We routinely use Merry maids have never been disappointed with spring cleaning. You cannot find a cleaning company that washes walls as well as Merry maids. They have special tools for just about everything they do.
The administrative staff is always responsive and the cleaning staff efficient.

Last Wednesday I had my regularly scheduled home cleaning with the usual team of Fifi and Roberto. This time there was a third person with them; a lady whose name I do not know. The new lady was a very good addition to the team. FiFi and Roberto always to do very fine in cleaning my home but this additional lady actually made a good team even better.
This month and last month team arrived at my home at about 8:45am. I greatly enjoy this early time and I would appreciate if I could always be the team's first appointment.

The staff is courteous and efficient.
The Merry Maids are always pleasant with a ready smile and get quickly to work. I prefer "green" products, but the recent products are very good in cleaning power with no bad smells and no slippery floors. My usual Merry Maid is actually a "merry man" and he is always friendly and works hard to get every part of my very messy and over crowded apartment thoroughly cleansed.

This was a tough job in my opinion--an apt that had not been cleaned in almost two years. The service was sensitive and polite to the tenant. From the person who gave an estimate to the cleaning team, everything was done efficiently.
I believe the cleaning teams are wonderful and organized, especially the team of Martha and Freddy, I am a bit disappointed with the office staff- however I hope that there will be some improvements in that area soon.
