They were very responsive to my concerns. They had not done an adequate job of cleaning our house on multiple occasions, but they continued to follow up, and had a real desire to improve the quality of the service until it was acceptable.

My teams cleaning is outstanding and the best team I've had. Continue to build scheduling consistency and training so quality of clean across teams is more consistent. To get a "10," the team would have to consistently not miss the small details or sacrifice one thing for another based on time.
