Very nice and polite ladies. They were on time and were cleaning for 3 1/2 hours. Continually working. Everything was done as expected.... The two women worked very hard. All the products they used were effective and made the house smell clean, they also were very effective on cleaning as well. I would definitely use their services again.

Let me start by saying the ladies that came to my home did an excellent job. I love the convenience of the service and the deep cleaning that they provided in my kitchen and bathroom is phenomenal it looks like a new home I am very pleased with merry maids and will definitely use them in the future!

Francisco and Eva seemed to know exactly what was to be done and did it methodically and quickly. The products had a fresh, non-chemical scent. Everything shown bright when they left.
One thing I wondered I thought: It seems like it could be convenient for the cleaners to have a client's contact information so they could notify if they are running late.

Don't know much about the products that were used, but the service was very thorough, and detailed, I didn't have to request for them to go over anything, as everything was done very well.

This was a very positive experience. I had never used a cleaning service before. The maids were very good...they did an excellent job. I was very pleased with their work. The only negative was that one of them slammed my back door so badly that the clip holding the cornice snapped off. My house has never been so clean in a long time. I am moving to Phoenix, and I was thinking of a cleaning service when I get there, and I will definitely contact Merry Maids because if the maids there are as efficient as the maids here, I will continue having a very clean home!!

We were not happy about losing Martha a few weeks ago, and were considering other options.

The Merry Maids arrived promptly, with materials, supplies, and a smile on their faces.... cordial introduction... and away they went to work. I liked they brought their own rags, their own cleaning supplies, and a vacuum cleaner . I liked that they had a plan for sharing the work . They cleaned a bathroom and a half, two bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen in a condo. Every surface was cleaned , scrubbed, polished, or all of the above as appropriate. If there were questions or clarification needed, we communicated well.
Martha and Natalie worked well as a team.
