Hi. On the whole, I was very pleased with the service provided by Merry Maids of Chicago. I can't speak to the products used, as I didn't ask questions about what was being used in this case. However, by the time I left the condo the crew was asked to clean, it was looking very shiny and completely free of dust/dirt, with all surfaces and floors and corners looking very good. I am pleased to say that, despite the job taking a lot longer than they had planned for, the management honored their original quote and did not tack on any other charges. When I brought up an issue about cleaning tall windows that the crew did not have the necessary equipment for (even though I had described window work in my conversation with the person doing the quote) the manager came, brought what was needed and took care of the interior windows and tall mirrors himself. I feel that this company made every possible effort to deliver a good outcome on this job and I would use their services again.

Whitney and Maria were AWESOME!!! They did an amazing job. My house looked so beautiful after they were done. I definitely recommend them.
