Our hardwood floors have always been a major issue. Our maid, Sue, continues to try new things and I applaud her for going the extra mile in looking for solutions. The only complaint I might have is that it doesn't "smell" clean when we come home. We have 2 big dogs that live w/ us, so we understand that part, but would like a little extra carpet fresh or cleaners on our floors. It's always nice to come home to a freshly smelling clean home.
