I like the fact that it's consistent. Even if you start getting different folks, the results are always reliable and the same. The products are not harsh @ all, do a great job @ cleaning, and smell great. Nothing like coming home after work to a clean, fresh house. I do wish they'd load/unload the dishwasher (my Merry Maids service in Shrewsbury did that) but that's a very small quibble.

Your services are excellent, efficient, quick and your personnel are courteous in providing those services, which also are thorough.

Very important to me to have the same girls all the time............I know there are some exceptions, but in general, that is the most important to me.

The girls do a great job, if they miss things it's usually small things.

The service is excellent. I like the consistency of having someone's who is familiar with my home come in every time. Ty is quiet, efficient and thorough. In the past I'd commented about the strong, lingering smell of products used - particularly in the microwave. That issue was addressed right away and I have been pleased since then.

Debbie and Lisa are the best house cleaners I've ever had. The #1 thing is them....I do love the smell of the house after it's cleaned, and the kitchen window getting clean is nice as well. The countertops and stainless look awesome... I don't know what I'd do without these girls.

The first service did not do a great job. But after we called you made it right and my home looked awesome.

I enjoy the fresh clean smell my home smells like when they are done cleaning. I also like the attention to my couches and seating. I do wish they would clean the ceiling fans and the corners of the wall floor boarding.

I can always expect the same result, no matter who cleans my home (although I've noticed that it's usually the same girls which I like...they know my preferences...for instance they don't make my bed completely b/c I'll just unmake it). It's always organized and smells good and it's so great to come home to that after a long day. I also love that I don't have to buy the cleaning products or the sweeper or anything of that nature. You bring your own.
