I like the fact that the same girls come every time.............well, almost every time. There are always exceptions of course, holidays, etc. They are pleasant and work fast and of course, the cleaning is just fine, too.
Girls are prompt and effisiant and First name removed't waste any time getting job done.Products used I First name removed't know I just leave thar up to ths girls,the house always smells reffeshed after they finnish.

I like the friendliness of the staff, having the same person come to clean my house and good customer service. Tyrika has been coming to our house for some time and she is friendly and does a wonderful job. I have not had any issues, but if I did, they would be handled quickly.
Michelle and Heather are great, do a good job, and responsive. Christie and others in the office are always helpful. Products seem to work fine.

I love everything. Great Customer Service for one thing. The office is available and always ready to work with any request or suggestion. Merry Maids has listened to every little DETAIL of my personal requests for EACH room and absolutely makes sure they are done to MY way of thinking each and EVERY time. My housekeeper, Lauren, is friendly and professional, punctual and pays attention to every detail . I trust her completely and am totally comfortable with her in my home whether I am home or not while she is here. This week she surprised me with a special touch of vacumming my couch cushions in a lined pattern which left NO doubt to anyone that entered that my home was IMMACULATE! and with every little detail attended too!
The Merry Maids that come to my home do a very good job. They clean in the corners and do a good job on the special "cleaning area". I've always found them to be pleasant and willing.
