I just love love love Merry Maids!!!! Everyone is so friendly, and I love knowing that my home will be beautiful after Heather (my wonderfully efficient Merry Maid) comes and cleans!!! And I'm so so thankful Merry Maids cleans for my 68 year-old mother. I don't have to worry about her lifting the heavy cleaning supplies or pulling muscles trying to clean her house. Merry Maids is there for us!! So grateful to you!!!!!

The girls always do a good job. Sometimes it's something small they miss but I think they might have too many places to do in a day. The office always answers professional and takes care of what is needed. They also are helpful if the time or day needs to be changed.

I absolutely LOVE Tina! She is more detail oriented than anyone else who has cleaned for us and we've been with Merry Maids since 2003! The only reason I didn't mark a "10" is due to the cost. I have friends that use other cleaning companies (smaller and local) and they pay a lot less than I do. At this time they don't clean in my area, otherwise, I would switch to them based on their excellent referrals and my friends opinions whom I trust. Have you thought of offering some kind of promo for long term customers? We've been with you for 10 years!!
