Your service quality directly depends on the quality of your personnel. Most often I have found your people to be very good; however, there is one EXCEPTIONAL person whose name is Melanie, who consistently does excellent work in record time and always in good humor and with a smile on her face. SHE in fact is the reason why I am still with Merry Maids !!

I like that I can pick the day of the cleaning & that all the details like changing bed sheets, dumping garbage ect are included in a regular cleaning

Merry Maids are dependable, experienced and fairly thorough. I have always done my own housework, so I look with a critical eye. It is impossible to "clean" my house in 1.5 hours; it is given a good surface cleaning, which is fine with me for now. Sometime, each room will require a thorough cleaning which I know I can ask a Merry Maid to do; however, that means the rest of the house will not receive even the surface cleaning. I feel I pay a high price for my once a month surface cleaning. The only ladies who have spent more than 1.5 hours are the two who first visited my house [March 2014?] -- they gave my house a more thorough cleaning which I had hoped for each month.

This is my 2nd experience with a cleaning service and have to say Merry Maids was great on all levels. From customer service, flexibility, friendliness, and communication they knocked it out of the park on the first visit.

Well, the last two times seemed to have different products--when lady sprayed something when she vacuumed and the rug looked better and the condo smelled fresh and clean; this last time was missing that element; still a good job for what I needed. I do need to schedule another appointment for the beginning of January.

Everything is very clean and we love Cindy!
