Everything is well done. The only thing I do not understand is that I thought "special attention" was to be paid to certain areas each week and I am not sure I understand what areas were given special attention. For example, I would like the floor molding to be washed once and awhile, but there is no paper that says what was given "special attention" I just remember this being explained when I signed up for merry maids. The cleaners always come when promised, and are very pleasant when we see them.

First visit was most impressive. The bathrooms were more than clean; they sparkled. Maggie was excellent and projected the feeling that she was serious about how well she cared about her job.

The services were excellent - the providers courteous, efficient,
helpful and knew just what to do without supervision or direction
but were perfectly willing to comply with any request. They were
able to cope with an unexpected repair situation without a second
of hesitation. It was an additional bonus that they brought all
equipment and supplies.

Merry maids was fantastic for me. The ladies who came to my house were sweet, polite and very thorough. I am so glad I went with them. They made my life so much easier!!

I ask them to use a couple of my products for certain items.

Products are fine - service is good except lights are often left on and they need to check for cobwebs also.
