The cleaning is very thorough. The systematic approach makes sure EVERY surface is clean. The products do the job, without that overpowering chemical smell. It just smells like "clean"! The little touches also impressed me: How the towels were folded, the arrangements of items on counters and tables, and the way the bed is made. Loved it.
