Nice girls to work with, they cleaned our house when we were out of town on vacation, we came back home to a sparkly clean house!
Merry Maids are extremely professional and I can confirm they will go above and beyond too if there are any complications. For example, I had a situation where I was coordinating a clean for my boss but he was out of town so his house key was unable to be retrieved unless somehow the cleaning service was able to go close by to a neighbors house to retrieve the spare key. Tanacia of Merry Maids expeditiously retrieved the key and didn't even want to charge me an additional fee for the difficulty so I charged myself an additional $25 to accommodate any mileage or gas for the inconvenience. Tipped as well too :) hiring them again for this week too.

The cleaners were very slow. One was clearly new—she spent over two hours in the kitchen alone. They spent 4 hours of the "3-4 estimated time" exactly. One bathroom vent was broken, or at least unable to put back in place). The work they did do was efficient and good, however but it felt like it could have been done in half the time. The quality was decent but the value was not there for a recommendation.
The ladies do an awesome job of cleaning (and I am somewhat picky). I have used other cleaning services in the past and Merry Maids is the very best by far. The ladies are friendly and always ask if I need something special done. I enjoy having them in my home and love the feeling of a sparkling environment. I have physical limitations and am not longer able to do my own cleaning, so it is wonderful to work with such reliable people. The cleaning products are obviously excellent, given the cleanness of the surfaces, and they don't leave an odor.
Always prompt. They do a good job and put things back where they belong.
Reliability and the service .
Both girls worked non-stop. They were friendly and thorough.

Administration is very courteous and reliable. The teams are variable but usually very proficient.
I impressed with the cleaning team and the professional work that they do.
I will call the office. I need to discuss pricing and expectations. Paying $300 for two people to clean for an hour and 15 minutes is ridiculous.
Very dependable.
The cleaning service is impeccable. Every surface in every room is deeply and perfectly cleaned. The cleaners work efficiently and are respectful of my personal situation. I appreciate that the products used on the hard surfaces eliminate germs without having strong odor. The carpet vacuum is amazing. My carpets have never been so clean.
I love the attention to every detail with the result is everything is spotless.
And I appreciate that I am always asked if I want something for them to
pay particular attention to.

Mackenzie and Jada did a beautiful job. They did a combination of some deep clean and general clean within an hour. Their work was thorough, everything smelled good and it’s been easier to keep things clean myself as a result. They were good communicators . My only misunderstanding was what constitutes an hour of their work time. We have a way for the future to communicate a work plan that does take away from their actual work. I look forward to their good spirits and continued assistance !

I hear good reports on the team that cleans the house. However, when I went by the next day and the oven was still not wiped out, and the oven cleaner spray was still covering the majority of the oven. I am concerned about the fumes when the oven is turned on. That is the reason that I am not a 10 when it comes to the job being done.

The cleaners were very nice and worked really hard to get my newly purchased home clean. My kitchen, bathrooms, and floors were scrubbed clean and left smelling fresh. The crew spent a few hours doing what would have taken me weeks to get done. I appreciate their hard work.
