We were so thrilled with Mariah and how clean our house felt after the detailed clean she provided. As I’m in my last few weeks of pregnancy, I needed help getting baseboards, the bathtubs, fans, and high up on cabinets. Mariah was professional and very detail oriented. I call on Merry Maids because they are reputable and have been in Lodi for a long time.
I like the fact that they bring their own supplies and are eager to please.
I would suggest that you update your employees on tricks of the trade especially since they are mostly aware of what the client wants done before they come to the residence. As a whole all the employees you have sent have been great. A few have not been as thorough as others.
When I say tricks of the trade, I had soap scum in our bathtub. A little extra soaking with vinegar and Dawn detergent breaks the soap scum quite well. Just knowledge that is shared with employees and learned with experience. Thank you
