Nicole, the one and only young woman who has cleaned my home for a couple months now has been very thorough, very polite and takes extra time every time to do something extra.. She'll apply Lemon oil on various cabinet surfaces.
Merry maids calls me the day before service to let me know what time period I can expect Nicole to arrive. She is here for about an hour and a half.
The cost for this twice monthly service is very affordable.
Merry Maids is great! They do the stuff I hate; IE the bathrooms! Our floor does not stay clean for long with 3 dogs (including one puppy) but at least it gets really clean when Merry Maid comes.
Helen did a great job. She worked hard and throroughly and really did a great job on the bathrooms. Her vacuuming was really good too. And easy to get along with. We hope Helen comes back to us.

I love the shine in the bathrooms and kitchen. The fact that you clean the floors on hands and knees is amazing. I love the smell of the house after the cleaning has been completed. The house just shines! I love the individuals who come and clean and my dog loves them as well. He gets pets and love from them.
The products used have no smell.
Merry Maids bond their staff and pay their employees taxes for their staff also. The staff are very friendly and courteous.

floors looked great, windows were amazing, communication before, during, and after was fantastic. Did not replace trash liner in bathroom trash cans (probably my fault, should have left some out so she knew what I used). There was still some mildew on the wall in the kids bathroom that was easily wiped away once I got home and spotted it, but otherwise happy with how it looked and so happy not to be doing it myself anymore
